Have You Seen This?

Congratulations Holly for having the layout of the day at Two Peas!

Creative Organization

This is another fabulous idea from Holly. What do you do with all of your pictures that've been saved to a cd? If you're anything like me, you burn the disc and put it in some box for safe keeping. I usually forget which box I've put it in and couldn't find it if I needed it. Holly has used a white 6x6 album to make a storage album for cd's. The pockets she's used for the inside are sarabinders square manila pockets.

This is something we all could use for our collection of photo cd's! I am going to make one of these too!

Winter Wonderland

Are these the cutest ornaments you've ever seen? The amazingly talented Holly Hanks made these. I've always been in awe of her work. She's insanely creative, don't you think? She's used a mixture of the mirrored and white snowflakes on the backside of the house. Here's a closer look:

Wouldn't you love to have these hanging in your tree?

Fall Mini Album

Last month we had a giveaway and Dawn, one of the winners received a fall mini album with copper leaves. Dawn made this album FABULOUS!
I love the tree she used on the cover. To see more of Dawn's Fall mini album go here.
I cannot tell you how excited I am to see that someone has used a Sketchbook Designs album. I'm imagining its much like how a designer feels to see their dress on the red carpet :-)
Dawn, thanks for sharing this!

The stockings were hung

These stockings were perfect for a banner. Here I used two packages of the chipboard stockings, mirrored letters, white and mirrored snowflakes. This came together very quickly as most of the work was decorating each stocking and waiting for the glue to dry. I used so much diamond dust on these stockings, but it was the perfect amount of sparkle for me. Everything is loosely tied to this garland I picked up at Michael's. This was a quick project with a big impact! What do you think?

Feelin' Crafty

I must admit that I'm pretty proud of the way this turned out. When I first cut these leaves out, I knew I wanted to make a wreath of them, but hadn't had a chance to do so until now. I used four packages of chipboard leaves and painted them different colors of metallic paint. My two year old helped out and loved every minute of it! Once they were dry, I hot glued them to a circle I cut from scrap chipboard. A couple of the leaves were adhered with pop dots for a little dimension. Once it was completed I added a little ribbon and was done. The project really didn't take much time to complete. My goal is to make two more to hang on the mantel.
The holiday season really puts me in a crafty mood. I think I've got four or more projects I'm working on at a time.
We've got some really cute Christmas items we're working on...stay tuned for some project ideas.
